Join our team at Pike Place Market in Seattle as a Pretzel Maker! We are seeking individuals with a passion for food and customer service to create delicious pretzels in a vibrant market setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake fresh pretzels following standardized recipes and procedures
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and upselling products
- Operate cash registers and utilize Square POS system for transactions
- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing work areas
- Demonstrate basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Experience:
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures (Food handlers Permit)
-Active MAST permit or willing to get one (4-hour training to serve alcohol)
- Ability to upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas
